Flexibility of Deployment
We offer Zultys’ solution as an on-premise, virtual, cloud-based, or hybrid deployment made available through HaaS. Only with Zultys does the system software work the same across any deployment type. Each MX system comes with built-in SIP trunk support and a complete Unified Communications system.
Zultys delivers the same feature set across all deployment options, regardless of system type or customer size, and the system supports businesses with as few as five users up to enterprises with multiple sites and 40,000+ users. Businesses have the option of mixing on-premise and cloud MX systems in a company-wide solution via MX Network.
On-Premise & Virtual
From small businesses to large-scale enterprises, Zultys’ UC platform can be deployed as an on-premise, virtual, or hosted solution, combining everything that teams need to work together and serve clients from a single, intuitive interface.
Zultys offers two types of on-premise hardware systems: MX-E and MX-SE II. MX-E is designed to accommodate organizations at multiple levels, with different user capacity options to fit your needs in a single appliance. The MX-SE II is designed for small and medium businesses or to house employees of a smaller branch office of a multi-location enterprise.
Cloud-based MXvirtual offers businesses the flexibility to choose the size and resource allocation of the VMware-certified server hosting their phone systems. MXvirtual can scale anywhere between a small instance with just a handful of users and an enterprise-class instance that supports thousands of users.
Zultys Cloud Services
Zultys Cloud Services (ZCS) is built upon over a decade of experience of delivering powerful enterprise-class communications capabilities for small, medium, and large organizations across the United States. Servers installed in our state-of-the-art data centers are fully redundant with multiple levels of failure protection and are supervised around the clock. This ensures the uptime and reliability that your business demands. This service continuity protects the lifeline of your business by keeping you connected and your teams’ workflow moving.
Hardware as a Service
Hardware as a Service (HaaS) is a premise-based deployment that can also be deployed as a true hybrid Unified Communications offering. It emulates the traditional UCaaS delivery model by including business telephone services and predictable per-user, per-month pricing, giving businesses a flexible alternative to large capital expenditures.
Designed for flexibility, HaaS supports a variety of deployment options — from fully on-premise setups to hybrid configurations combining on-site and cloud-based systems. These options ensure business continuity through built-in redundancy and automatic failover capabilities, allowing HaaS to serve as a backup to a hosted deployment — or vice versa — so businesses remain connected and operational during outages or natural disasters.
Hybrid
Business owners can take advantage of the scalability and flexibility of Zultys’ cloud services while still maintaining control over certain aspects of their communication infrastructure, but as their needs adjust over time, hybrid solutions can help businesses maintain security and control over their data by keeping it on-premise.
Zultys’ hybrid solution allows multiple MX systems to connect from a single, enterprise-wide, Unified Communications system. Separate offices can function as a single unit, whether their phone systems exist on-premise, in the cloud, or sit across the country. Zultys’ premise-based systems and cloud-based solution can be used together to meet your needs.
